If you are looking for a comfortable and luxurious villa, in the city center, in a quiet area, and without taking your car, you have found it!
This 2020 Villa with heated swimming pool, ideally located in the "real city center" (not the Terrière or the Grière which are districts of La Tranche, very far from the center), access to the central beach on foot.
Superb house of 100m², on a plot of 660m², quiet, very bright (double exposure) with bay windows and French doors, large terrace (80m²) and enclosed garden (100m²).
Large 40m² living room with fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto a covered terrace of 15m² with tables and chairs for lunch / dinner outside (barbecue), and access to the private swimming pool.
The minimum number of nights is 4.
Bedroom 1: 1 king size bed 160 x 200 with private bathroom, direct pool access
Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds 90 X 190, direct access to the pool
Bedroom 3: 1 king size bed 160 x 200
Bedroom 4: 1 king size bed 160 x 200
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

There are 4 private parking spaces in front of the house garage, and 2 additional after the gate (opening from the videophone).
The swimming pool (4 X 8 X 1.5m) is heated, with salt filtration system, so no chlorine :) with electric curtain, with solar shower, and wc in the pool room.

With its 13 km of fine sandy beach, all bordered by dunes, the central beach offers a magnificent wooden pontoon for walking or fishing or access to the "inter-island" shuttles.

Summary: We are familiar with this lovely area but the first time we have stayed right in La Tranche Sur Mer. The villa was superb, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with great open plan living and tranquil quiet bedrooms. The pool and outside area fabulous with comfy loungers and great decor. Ideal for a family or adults alike. Erwen was a great host and showed us around making sure we were ok with everything before he left. The town has great facilities, shopping,restaurants,water sports, cycling and all you can need to make a great holiday including lovely beaches and walks. We didn’t use the car much so was great and could wander in to town and use the bars, restaurants with ease. Thank you for letting us stay Erwen and for the thoughtful welcome gift, we would love to return again one day.

Summary: A great house in a super location, with a first class swimming pool. A very short walk to the restaurants and shops. The house was clean, tidy and well equipped. Just one suggestion for the owner: a few indoor fans would have helped during the warm weather.....the bedroom became very hot at night. Overall a deserved 5* review.

Summary: The house is exactly as it looks in pictures. 7 of us (5 adults 2 children) and there was plenty of room. It is well equipped and the beds are extraordinarily comfortable.The pool is lovely and everyone swam in it. The house is well situated, you can walk everywhere; into the town for shopping and restaurants and to the town beach. Other beaches and attractions and a supermarket are easily accessible by car. I would return to that house.

Summary: Having stayed in our Motorhome in the area last year we decided to revisit with our daughter son in law and 10 month old granddaughter. We had the perfect holiday. The villa photos do not do it justice - it is amazing! Spacious for the 5 of us, beautiful pool and quiet. Really close to the town and beaches. No real need to use the car. Thank you, hopefully we will be able to return sometime.

Summary: Both Erwan and Annelyse gave us plenty of information ahead of our arrival to ensure a smooth visit. The villa is exactly as stated on the website, in fact it surpassed expectations. The standard of finish and amenities are excellent, the pool and sun loungers are perfect, and there’s plenty of room to relax inside if it gets too hot🌞. A short 5 minute stroll to the shops and restaurants and the Super U just 2 minutes in the car. A wonderful week in an ideal holiday villa, highly recommended. ❤️

Summary: Excellent property. Compact, but well designed. Everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. Property was clean and well maintained. Pool was excellent, kitchen small, but well organised and easy to keep clean. A great base, within 5 to 10 minutes walk to the old town. Plenty of good quality bars and restaurants reasonably priced. We had a couple of small issues, but owner was quick to respond and issues soon resolved. We had a fantastic holiday in a lovely home from home space. Excellent weather helped, but there would have been plenty to Do, even if the sun hadn't been shining. Would recommend.

Summary: We booked this property against the Verbo description as it ticked all our boxes. High quality property with a HEATED pool, walking distance to the shore and local shops and markets. On arrival we were not disappointed by anything, all the criteria was perfect. We lost the internet one afternoon so I waited to see if it was restored the next morning, unfortunately it was not. We contacted the owner, Erwan, who made all the calls to the provider and stayed on the phone to relay their reset instructions to me in English, long story short, internet restored and no further problem. Erwan even called round with a bottle of Chanpaigne to apologise even though it was not his fault. Brilliant host. This property 'does what it says on the tin' with an excellent host, book with confidance. And No Erwan is not a relation Tony Doherty

Summary: All on one floor, spotless, modern good taste. Plenty of hot water. Lovely space, great pool. I would recommend adding pool steps as not easy to get in and out of pool for some of family group. Walking distance to restaurants and town centre and beaches.. Highly recommended!
